Operator and agreement
These Terms govern your use of PrintMeCheck at https://printmecheck.com, operated by Soo Chae in Hawaii, United States. References to “we,” “us,” or “the operator” mean Soo Chae. Questions can be sent to printmecheck@gmail.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
By using the service, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.
Back to topEligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required by the law that applies to you. If you are under the age of legal adulthood in your location, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf where required by law. A paid subscription requires an adult's authorization if you cannot legally enter that agreement yourself.
Provide accurate registration and billing information, keep sign-in credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. A verified email address is required for saved-member features. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Back to topWhat PrintMeCheck provides
PrintMeCheck helps you prepare, preview, align, and print check information on supported check layouts. Temporary guest printing is free. Eligible paid members can save bank profiles, account-holder logos, check records, and settings. Authorized administrative accounts may be exempt from subscription fees.
PrintMeCheck is not a bank, payment processor for the checks you print, check-clearing service, or provider of financial or legal advice. Printing a check does not transfer funds, verify account ownership, establish available funds, or guarantee that a bank or recipient will accept it.
Previewed or printed routing, account, and check-number lines are generated from your inputs. We do not guarantee compliance with MICR reader requirements, magnetic-ink requirements, bank specifications, or every printer and paper combination. Confirm requirements with your bank and test alignment before using a printed check.
Back to topMembership prices and automatic renewal
The standard membership price is US$5 per month or US$50 per year. Monthly and annual plans provide the advertised private saving features. Applicable taxes, if any, and the final amount are shown at checkout. No paid subscription is required for temporary guest printing.
A subscription renews automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until you cancel renewal. By completing checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the disclosed recurring charges. Stripe's payment and billing terms also apply to its services.
Keep billing details current. Saving may pause if a payment fails, the subscription expires, or billing access cannot be verified. Do not start another subscription to resolve a payment-status problem; use Manage billing or contact support to avoid duplicate charges.
If we change subscription pricing or material renewal terms, we will provide notice and cancellation opportunities required by applicable law before the change applies. Current pricing and applicable checkout terms will be disclosed before a new purchase.
Back to topCancellation and refunds
You can cancel renewal through Manage billing from the Membership page. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; eligible paid features continue until then. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next recurring charge.
Payments are not prorated or refunded solely because you cancel, stop using the service, or use only part of a billing period, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, billing-dispute, or refund rights.
For an incorrect charge or a refund right you believe applies, contact printmecheck@gmail.com. Canceling a subscription does not itself delete an account or its saved information. Account deletion initiates cancellation of associated recurring billing as part of cleanup; if a renewal is imminent, use Manage billing directly and contact support if cancellation is not confirmed.
After paid access ends, existing saved data remains available for viewing and export while the account and service remain available, but new saves and uploads pause. You can continue free printing in a separate temporary workspace.
Back to topYour content and privacy
You retain your rights in the bank information, check details, logos, and other content you provide. You grant the operator a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service and comply with law, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You must have permission to provide information about account holders, payees, and other people and to use any uploaded logo. Do not upload another person's confidential information without authorization. Keep a backup of important records; the service is not a substitute for your accounting records or legal retention duties.
Back to topService ownership and third-party services
The PrintMeCheck brand and original service materials are owned or licensed by the operator. These Terms permit use of the service but do not transfer ownership of the software, branding, or design. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses.
Hosting, authentication, Google sign-in, and Stripe billing depend on third-party providers. Their availability and applicable terms can affect use of those features. External links are provided for convenience and do not make the operator responsible for third-party websites or policies.
Back to topAvailability and service limitations
We may maintain, modify, or discontinue features and may experience interruptions. Unless separately agreed in writing, there is no guaranteed uptime or uninterrupted access. We will handle prepaid subscriptions, discontinuation, and required notices in accordance with applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant error-free printing, banking acceptance, or that using the service will satisfy every financial, tax, recordkeeping, or legal requirement. Mandatory legal warranties remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from use of the service. This includes losses arising from inaccurate inputs, unauthorized use, lost temporary data, misaligned printing, or a rejected check, subject to any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited. Your non-waivable consumer rights remain in effect.
Back to topSuspension and account closure
You may stop using the service, cancel renewal, or delete your account through available account controls. Deletion initiates removal of saved member information under the Privacy Policy. Export records you need before closing the account; provider-held billing records and other legally permitted records may remain.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, suspected unlawful use, material violations, or legal obligations. We will provide notice, access to records, or refunds where required by law. Suspension does not waive your mandatory rights.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Hawaii, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would remove mandatory protections. If the law where you live gives you non-waivable consumer or other rights, these Terms do not take them away.

We may update these Terms. The effective date identifies the current version. For material changes, we will provide notice and obtain agreement where applicable law requires it. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder applies to the extent permitted by law.
